Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Security Concierge to represent our company in a luxury high-rise residential environment. This role combines security awareness with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate presents well, communicates clearly in English, and understands how to engage residents with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a visible and professional presence at the front desk or lobby
Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a courteous and respectful manner
Monitor access points and ensure building protocols are followed
Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents
Communicate effectively with management and the operations team
Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
Uphold the image and standards of a high-end residential property
Requirements
Fluent spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills
Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to stand or remain at post for extended periods
Prior security, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred
Valid California Guard Card required or willingness to obtain one
