Residential Security Officer – Luxury Apartment Community

Join a rapidly growing security company specializing in high-end residential communities. We are seeking reliable, professional Security Officers for a luxury apartment complex in the San Fernando Valley.

Role Overview
This position is focused on residential protection, visibility, and resident interaction. Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment through consistent patrols, reporting, and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct hourly patrols inside and outside the residential complex
Scan patrol tags at designated checkpoints
Monitor property conditions and report irregularities
Complete daily activity reports
Prepare detailed incident reports when required
Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests
Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of security experience
Residential or customer service background preferred
Ability to work holidays and flexible schedules
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
