Security Staff Scheduler
STAFF COORDINATOR / SCHEDULER
Full-Time Office Position
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Staff Coordinator / Scheduler to support daily operations for a fast-growing security company in Southern California.
This role is responsible for managing the staffing schedule across multiple client sites and ensuring proper coverage for all shifts. The position works closely with Field Managers to maintain stable operations and resolve coverage needs.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the weekly staffing schedule across all accounts
Monitor open shifts and secure coverage quickly
Coordinate with Field Managers regarding officer availability and staffing needs
Handle call-offs and arrange replacement coverage
Identify schedule conflicts and correct them
Assist with overtime review and balanced staffing
Communicate schedule updates to officers and managers
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple schedules at the same time
Strong communication and coordination ability
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with scheduling or operations coordination preferred
Compensation
$24 per hour
Full-time office position with opportunity for growth within operations.
