Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 Hours Per Day | In Office | Weekends Off
Compensation: $24 per hour with rapid salary growth potential based on performance
Valcor Security is hiring a full-time Security Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational control center during business hours.
This is not an administrative assistant role. This position requires structure, decision-making, schedule control, and direct coordination between the office and field managers.
The Role
You will serve as the bridge between field managers and the office.
Our managers oversee accounts, training, and client relations in the field. The Operations Coordinator ensures operational continuity from the office by managing schedules, staffing coordination, and real-time adjustments during business hours.
You will function as the Staff Coordinator for the company, ensuring that:
Schedules are accurate and published on time
Coverage gaps are resolved quickly
Overtime is monitored and controlled
Staffing levels align with account needs
Communication between managers and officers remains structured and efficient
This role reduces dependency on managers for administrative coordination and strengthens operational control at the office level.
Core Responsibilities
Build and maintain weekly schedules
Coordinate call-offs and shift coverage during business hours
Monitor overtime exposure and flag issues early
Track staffing needs across multiple accounts
Review candidate availability and align placement with managers
Communicate directly with managers and field personnel regarding coverage and adjustments
Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve them
